**Job Title:** Associate and Licensed Clinical Therapist/Counselor **Location:** Bend & Prineville, OR **Salary:** $79.50 – $109.80 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Associate and Licensed Clinical Therapist/Counselor to join our team in Bend and Prineville. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to diverse populations. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Stay updated on best practices and continuing education.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid Oregon state license (LPC, LCSW, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
