We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in East Palestine, OH. This position offers flexible scheduling across all shifts, including part-time and PRN opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with daily living activities and patient education.

  • Current LPN license in Ohio.
