We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Care team in Sweetwater, TN.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care in home settings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Tennessee
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in home health care preferred
