The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. **Responsibilities:**

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient vital signs and report changes

Assist with daily living activities and patient hygiene

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

**Qualifications:**

Current LPN license in Montana
