**Job Title:** LPN/RN Home Care Nurse

**Salary:** $28 – $37 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate LPN/RN Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Assist with daily living activities and mobility
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**Qualifications:**
– Valid LPN/RN license in Montana
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in home care preferred
