**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate families on health management and wellness.
Assist with routine check-ups and vaccinations.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN/RN license in NC.
Experience in pediatrics preferred.
