**Job Title:** IIC Supervisor Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC) **Location:** Irvington, NJ **Salary:** $80 – $90 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated IIC Supervisor Therapist to lead our team in Essex County. The ideal candidate will possess a valid LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC license. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and support a team of therapists in delivering high-quality care.

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.

• Collaborate with families, schools, and community resources.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

• Provide training and mentorship to staff.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
