**Salary:** $91,928 – $127,617 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Behavioral Health to lead our mental health services. The ideal candidate will possess an LCSW or LMFT license and have a passion for improving community well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement behavioral health programs.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff.
Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery.
Manage budgets and resource allocation.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
