**Job Title: Home Health RN** **Location: Tigard, OR** **Salary: $50.00 – $60.95 per hour**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health RN to join our team in Tigard, OR. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Educate patients and families on health management.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care.
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN license in Oregon.
    • Previous home health experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
