**Job Title: BCBA Program Consultant** **Location: Hartford, CT** **Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually**

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Program Consultant to join our team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will provide expert consultation and support to clients and staff in implementing behavior analysis programs.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field.

    • Qualifications: BCBA certification required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
