**Job Title: Home Care Nurse** **Location: North Easton, MA** **Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year**We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Experience in home care or community health preferred.
