**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** Tampa, FL **Salary:** $80,000 – $100,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications: BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and experience in a clinical or educational setting.
