**Job Title:** Clinical Director / Licensed Therapist **Location:** Rockville, MD **Salary:** From $80,000/year **Job Description:** We are seeking a Clinical Director / Licensed Therapist to lead our mental health team in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will possess a valid license in MD, VA, or DC and have a strong background in clinical practice and management. **Responsibilities:**

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff.

**Qualifications:**
  • Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
