**Salary:** $90,000 – $110,000/year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health/Hospice team in Lewistown, PA.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
Experience in home health or hospice preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
