**Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually**

We are seeking a skilled Lead MRI Technologist to oversee MRI operations in our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise MRI staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Perform high-quality MRI scans and assist in complex procedures.
Maintain MRI equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
Train and mentor junior technologists.
Collaborate with radiologists to optimize imaging techniques.
Ensure accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
ARRT certification in MRI.
Minimum 5 years of MRI experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
