**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) **Location:** Las Vegas, NV **Salary:** $78,000 – $95,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA/BCaBA to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Supervise and train staff and BCaBA candidates.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA or BCaBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
