**Salary:** $100,000 – $105,000 per year
**Job Description:**
The Director of Nursing (DON) will oversee nursing operations in a Critical Access Hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
Lead nursing staff and manage departmental budgets.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient outcomes.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
**Qualifications:**
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Kansas license.
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
