Job Description

**Job Title: Home Hospice Nurse** **Location: Farmington, NM** **Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year**

We are seeking a compassionate Home Hospice Nurse to provide high-quality end-of-life care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for palliative care.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Provide emotional support to patients and families.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Educate families on care techniques and resources.

    Qualifications include an active RN license, experience in hospice or palliative care, and excellent communication skills.
