**Responsibilities:**
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons and nurses during operations.
Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory management.
**Qualifications:**
Certification from an accredited surgical technology program.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary:** $45,000 – $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
