**Job Title:** Medical Director/Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
**Location:** Vancouver, WA
**Salary:** $250,000 – $310,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to lead our mental health team.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality care for children and adolescents.
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies.
Supervise and mentor psychiatric staff and trainees.
Engage in community outreach and education initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
MD/DO with board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in clinical management preferred.
