Manage daily operations of the long-term care facility.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Supervise staff and provide training and support.
Engage with families and the community to promote services.
Monitor budgets and manage resources effectively.
**Qualifications:**
Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
Proven experience in long-term care management.
