We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care APRN to join our team in Wooster and Mount Vernon, OH. This part-time position involves:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients with complex wounds.
Providing advanced wound care treatments and interventions.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educating patients and families on wound care management and prevention strategies.
Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory standards.
**Qualifications:**
– Active APRN license in Ohio
– Experience in wound care preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
