**Job Title:** RN House Supervisor (Nights)
**Location:** Farragut, TN
**Salary:** $34 – $42 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated RN House Supervisor for night shifts to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison between departments and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor patient safety and quality of care.
Assist in staff training and development.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in TN.
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
