Job Description

**Job Title:** BCBA® – Board Certified Behavior Analyst **Location:** Pueblo, CO **Salary:** $75,000 – $95,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA® to join our team in Pueblo, CO. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

    • **Qualifications:**

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA® certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
