**Job Title:** LPN Home Care Fulltime **Location:** Dartmouth, MA **Salary:** $28 – $30 per hour + $5,000 sign-on bonus **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our home care team in Dartmouth. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. **Responsibilities:**

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current LPN license in Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
