**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Consultant-ABA (BC-ABA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals with autism and related disorders.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor ABA interventions in various settings.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective support.
Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
**Qualifications:**
BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
