**Job Title:** Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**Salary:** $90,000 – $115,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Lead BCBA to oversee behavior analysis programs for clients with developmental disabilities.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
