**Salary:** $95,000 – $120,000 annually

We are seeking a dedicated Pain Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Valparaiso, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management and a passion for improving patient quality of life.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with chronic pain.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and families on pain management strategies.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Nursing.
Current NP license in Indiana.
Certification in pain management preferred.
