We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Macon, GA. The ideal candidate will work from 7 AM to 7 PM, providing essential patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure quality care.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Georgia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
