**Job Title:** Licensed Independent Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) **Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Salary:** $41.47 – $48.47 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPC or LCSW to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group therapy to clients facing mental health challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in ongoing professional development.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work.
  • Current LPC or LCSW licensure in Arizona.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
