**Job Title:** Licensed Administrator (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) – Inpatient Mental & Behavioral Health **Location:** Riverside, CA **Salary:** $131,402 – $161,900 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a Licensed Administrator to oversee inpatient mental and behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will possess a valid LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license and have extensive experience in clinical settings. **Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Develop and implement treatment programs.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications:**

Valid LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license.

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
