**Job Title:** LPN Home Health **Location:** Tulsa, OK **Salary:** $20 – $25 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide home health care to patients in Tulsa. **Responsibilities:**

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current LPN license in Oklahoma
  • Previous home health experience preferred
