We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will:
Assess and evaluate patient conditions and needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Utilize various therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes
Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
Qualifications:
Valid state license in Physical Therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a clinical setting preferred
