**Salary:** $42 – $52 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated AAC Specialist – Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and a passion for helping individuals with communication challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments to determine AAC needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide training and support to clients and families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance communication strategies.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Current PA licensure and ASHA certification.
Experience with AAC devices and software.
