**Job Title:** Behavior Technician **Location:** Bismarck, ND **Salary:** From $16.50/hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Bismarck, ND. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.

• Collect and record data on client progress.

• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals.

**Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in behavioral health preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
