**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) to join our pediatric team in Boise. The ideal candidate will support occupational therapists in providing therapeutic interventions to children with developmental, physical, and emotional challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Monitor and document patient progress.
Engage children in therapeutic activities to enhance motor skills and daily living tasks.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
**Qualifications:**
Current COTA/L certification.
Experience in pediatric settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
