Job Description

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs and support staff.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

    • Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
