**Job Title: RN Nurse Manager** **Location: Sioux Falls, SD** **Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for healthcare.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
    • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
    • Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN license in South Dakota.
    • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with 1 year in a management role.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
