**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the 3p-11p shift.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene.
Document patient care and progress accurately.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
