**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – **Hiring Bonus** **Location:** Sunrise, FL **Salary:** $85,000 – $105,000/year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Sunrise, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
