**Salary:** $42 – $45 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated RN 3/11 Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff during the 3 PM to 11 PM shift.
Coordinate patient care and manage daily operations.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
Assist in patient assessments and care planning.
Qualifications:
Current NJ RN license.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
