**Salary:** $35.30 – $38.20 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional/Clinical Trainee to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise and support team members in delivering high-quality mental health services.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication.
Provide direct client care and crisis intervention as needed.
Collaborate with community resources and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
Experience in mental health settings preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
