- Oversee daily operations of the emergency department.
- Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies to improve patient care and department efficiency.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications include a valid RN license, BSN preferred, and at least 5 years of ER nursing experience.
