The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with parents, schools, and healthcare providers.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Licensure in Minnesota (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).

Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
