We are seeking a Clinical Director – Licensed Behavior Analyst to lead our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
Supervise and mentor behavior analysts and staff.
Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification and state licensure.
5+ years of clinical experience in a leadership role.
