**Job Title:** Clinical Supervisor, TBS **Location:** Vista, CA **Salary:** $75,000 – $95,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor for our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) team. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care for clients. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and mentor TBS staff, providing guidance and support.

• Conduct regular clinical assessments and treatment planning.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.

• Facilitate training and professional development for staff.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
  • Experience in TBS or similar settings preferred.
