**Job Title: Restorative RN** **Location: Camp Point, IL** **Salary: $41.00 – $41.50 per hour**

We are seeking a dedicated Restorative RN to join our team in Camp Point, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans.
  • Implementing restorative nursing programs to enhance patient mobility and independence.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educating patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
