We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist (LCDC) to provide therapeutic services to adolescents and adults.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Assess client needs and progress regularly.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
**Qualifications:**
Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas.
Experience with adolescent and adult populations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
