We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Traverse City. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
Provide psychotherapy and counseling services.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients and families on mental health issues.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health.
Current NP license in Michigan.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
