**Job Title: Nurse Manager** **Location: Natchitoches, LA** **Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually**

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and clinical expertise.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
    • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
    • Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

    Qualifications include a valid RN license, a BSN, and at least 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
